Sunday 2:30 pm Class

Five students or more is Ten dollars per student. Less then five students split a fee of fifty dollars. Will confirm the class the day before. Cancellation Policy: Due to the price structure of these classes, it is extremely important if you are going to attend a meetup that you are sure you will be there. If you can not attend please let me know by canceling your RSVP 24 hours before the class. There is a courtesy fee for the student's share of the class if they need to cancel and don't notify me 24 hours before the meetup. As a courtesy to your fellow student's time and budget, I will send a confirmation via e-mail for the class the day before. If there are any changes to the attendance I will let you know the new price and if you still want to meet.

    Hello Adam,

Thanks again for a great class yesterday. I have been paying attention to how I move and I notice that when I walk, I am pressing into the ground with one foot and the other gets foot lighter and I can move it. Is that the same principle as what we practiced yesterday with the elbows etc or is it different because of the momentum? Carole

Yes Carole that is very much the same principle. The more you pay attention to that, the more stability you will find. The main idea is that if one part of the body becomes heavy another part must become light. There are endless combinations to this principle. Experiment.

Practice what you have learned and I will look forward to answering any questions. Do you have any questions now?
