In this workshop, we will learn how to apply the tai chi martial art theory of eight methods and five directions for guiding the mind to a more balanced and healthy place through language. This will be a fun introduction to the martial art aspect of tai chi, establishing instinctive feelings for using this theory on a mental/emotional level; therefore, offering harmonious interactions in various aspects of your life.
