Taichi Qigong is an elemental exercise for Chinese Taichi masters. It is suitable for all levels with great wellness benefit. TCM knowledge is introduced to help wellness. We also introduce the 24 short forms of Taichi, which is from Yang style practice and easy to learn.
We have two locations for the Taichi Qigong class. In the studio of West Vancouver(16th St/Marine Dr), we meet at 1pm every Monday for 1 hours teaching of Taichi Qigong and 24 form Taichi (drop in fee $20).
At downtown Vancouver, we meet at weekend for Taichi Qigong class. ( drop in by donation). Please find address details in Calendar.
