About Taiji Yoga (Taiji Movement/Taiji Meditation)
Taiji (literally "great pole") is an East Asian cosmological term for the "Supreme Ultimate" state of undifferentiated absolute and infinite potentiality, contrasted with the Wuji "Without Ultimate".
Taiji Yoga differs from other exercise programs that it gets focused on BODY, BREATH, MIND in same time based on the East Asian understanding of ENERGY through the combination of Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi Chuan/Sword/Fan and Dance. Taiji Yoga is designed to help the practitioners develop self-awareness and improve the circulation of energy in the body. Traditionally, the discipline of Yoga has been used to help people meditate. Taiji Yoga helps practitioners develop healthy balance of relaxation in body and mind.

Taiji Yoga has been focused on internal energy and consists of Tajii Movement which can help expanding internal energy and Taiji Meditation that can relax and realize self-calm/awareness. When these two parts are accompanied, the energy flow in our body and the awareness in our life will be maximized.
(1) Taiji Movement - Taiji Energy Movement / Tai Chi Chuan / Taiji Dance
Taiji Movement involves meditative movement and breath awareness that help the practitioners to circulate and accumulate energy.
(2) Taiji Meditation
As practitioners develop greater body awareness and ability to relax, their level of concentration become deepens. Especially, Taiji Energy Meditation accelerates this process by shifting the focus away from busy thoughts to the physical sensations of the body.
About Grand Master Min
Grand Master Min, Jung Ahm is the Founder of Taiji Yoga and Grand Master/Guru of Taiji Yoga/Meditation and Tai Chi Chuan. He has taught Taiji Yoga including Taji Movement(Taiji Energy Movement, Tai Chi Chuan,Tai Chi Sword etc) and Taiji meditation over 35 years in East Asia.
He learned the essences of Taiji from the notable masters all over the Asia from Hong Kong, India, China, Japan and South Korea. He is the Honoree for Energy Movement(Qi Gong) from the most popular Qi Gong association in China as well as he graduated from Yogant Academy in India with meditation master course. Moreover, he is the notable author of several books for Energy, Meditation, Tai Chi Chuan, Qi gong in South Korea.
