Last week was great! Sunny skys a great workout, and fantastic people to share it with:)
We worked on our progressive speed last week with a fun Pyramid Workout (one of my favorites) and THIS week we'll focus a bit more on endurance.
We'll take the speed we worked on last week and apply it to 4 X 1000 Meters with 400 Meters recovery.
These slightly longer distances let us see how our hard work is paying off:)
Improvement and Progress is all about baby steps. We build up our muscles and strength by balancing distance with speed until we can run our goal distance faster than ever!
We'll be starting with our ever important warm up, and then we'll show everyone how the cool kids do it by completing some AMAZING drills:)
