It's Fall! Which for the rest of US means crunchy leaves and crisp air...
For us it probably means rain.
But, hey. Running in the rain is cool! And when you tell your friends and realize you ran in the RAIN, you're going to sound AMAZING!
What's running about if, not for the bragging rights?

Lat week we were building our endurance at the faster paces and this week is even more awesome.
4 X 1200 with a cushy FULL 400 meters recovery!
This means we will be running just a bit further than last week, but that is balanced with slightly less Repeats AND a longer recovery time.
These longer distances help train our muscles to perform at the faster paces for longer before fatiguing.
Lots of small steps equals big improvement!
We'll start off with our warm up laps, and drills.
