3 Mile Tempo

We will be doing a 3 mile tempo.  We start with an easy jog from the store down to Deschutes Pkwy.  After a brief warm-up, we will run the Tempo and then jog back to store.  This kicks off the speed work out schedule for the Fall Marathon training, however, you do not have to be part of the training group to participate in the workouts.  Hope to see you there.
