It's also almost never as bad as it looks from inside your house or car. I promise.
Last week was an amazing Pyramid Workout that everyone ROCKED! I love that workout. It's my favorite.
But don't worry THIS weeks workout will be awesome as well:)
After our warm up we'll do some drills to help us with our form and strengthen our supporting muscles.
Then the fun begins!
4 X 1000 meters with 400 meters recovery.
This workout will help build our endurance while running at faster than normal paces while also giving us a chance to recover between each Interval so we can run those faster paces!
