TAP-LA Orange County Hiking - Upper Newport Bay

TAP-LA is proudly returning to Orange County! Join us for a Hiking Activity as we visit the Upper Newport Bay, one of the most valuable saltwater marshes in Southern California, and home to hundreds of species of fish, birds, and native plants. If you are a bird watcher, you can bring a pair of binocular to view a dozen of rare seen species of birds from the trail! This hike follows dirt paths that first take you along the very edge of the marsh flats, then return atop the rim of the bluffs.

Date: Sunday, June 22nd
Time: 9am-1pm
Location: Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve, 2301 University Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660
Parking is FREE.

The hiking will be approximately 3~4 hours depending on the trail. The trail looks pretty easy.

I look forward to meeting you!
