Hello All
I'd like some feedback on an idea.
I am considering organising a generic agile open conference (or unconference as they are sometimes called)
An open space conference has no key note speakers, no agenda but instead people come together and fill up a matrix board with topics. People may use a dot vote technique to decide which topics get covered, etc. You can Google it or check it out on Wikipedia I'm sure that there will be plenty of stuff out there somewhere to explain it.
Anyway, I thought that such a format would fit with the philosophy that underpins this group. So my question is (finally he gets there!) if I did set up such a thing:
1. Would you help me set it up?
2. Would you attend such a thing (probably a full day)
3. Would you want to speak / present at such a thing?
Yes, I know that's three questions, I cheated. Anyway post back a response or email me at richard@simplerichard.co.nz
I'll probably post this elsewhere too, but I'm particularly interested in this groups views.
Thanks!
