Tampa Bay Krav Maga will host their FIRST EVER Krav Crash Course on Saturday, February 4th & Sunday, February 5th from 8 am – 5 pm each day. This is going to be an incredible and action-packed course. A Krav Krash Course is an intense, high-energy, two day introduction to Krav Maga where you will learn the foundational principles and practice the fundamental techniques of this most effective of all self defense systems. You will learn key strategies, how to function under extreme stress and the kind of mindset needed to survive a violent attack. If you’ve ever watched the news and wondered what you would do if you were violently attacked on the street or in your home or have ever worried that you wouldn’t be able to defend yourself or your loved ones against a violent criminal, then the Krav Crash Course is for you. You don’t have to be an elite athlete, or have military or police training to attend a Krav Crash Course. The beauty of Krav Maga is that it is based on simple principles and instinctive movements which allow even the most unskilled student to learn and apply the techniques quickly and effectively.
