Thanks to all for a tremendous inaugural WordCamp Tampa. The organization, facility and program materials were top notch. Speakers were highly qualified with clear, well organized, practical "news you can use" presentations. They were even careful to repeat and summarize questions! Overall the best content of the 10 or so WordCamps I have attended. I believe that 3 tracks rather than 2 would be a useful addition for WP newbies at future Tampa WordCamps as the number of attendees grow.

Would love to attend but, I have family in town that day. It should be a great day for those who can attend. I'll be anxious to hear everyone's report.

I want you to know Alison is doing an excellent job both managing and joggling the 101 things that needs to be done to bring WordCamp to Tampa and more significantly is getting stellar results. To highlight a just few her achievements: Keiser University has been chosen as an exceptionable venue with wonderful facilities, advance video capture capabilities, a dream environment with an agenda favorable to cerebral absorption and a place to enjoy Tampa’s local cuisine without leaving the venue.

WordPress is the most popular Content Management System (CMS), with over 74 million worldwide sites and continues to grow. It started as a blog, evolved into a CMS, and many believe it will become the Internet Application platform of the future, despite the fact it currently lacks a MVC architecture. If you are a local Tampa Bay resident, this is truly a no-brainer to purchase a ticket before they sell-out.

Hi, I finally have my wordpress site. I'm about to buy a theme and would love a little insight or guidance. Is there anyone here who can offer that? I'm trying to build something that I can sustain myself.
