Campaign for Liberty 3nd Meeting

I'm very happy to announce that we will have our first Guest Speaker, Sharon Calvert, Founder of the Tampa Tea Party, coming to talk about transportation options.  The county's study of this subject sounds innocent enough, but wait till you hear what Sharon has to say!  She has a lot of good information that may change your mind on how you feel about this.  The big government bureaucrats are spending big money on a slick campaign to convince you that we need many transit "options" in our city, just like every other city has.  Sharon will give you the facts they won't mention.

We also have decided to try a new location out for this month's meeting!   It is bigger, newer and has  enhanced audio visual capabilities!
The owners also have a long history of supporting conservative political groups.  It is still close to USF and located in the center of the county.  I'll post pictures of the place and a menu.

Local meetings are very simple. They first set the tone with reading the mission of the organization and a favorite quote, announce upcoming Republican, Libertarian and Democrat meetings, then local leaders give updates on Liberty Issues. Occasionally, we will invite a guest speaker, but the emphasis is on growing YOU the member, not on bringing in big name people from outside our group. After the scheduled updates, each member can (if they choose) give a one minute update on whatever they want. We can also have games and videos to make it more entertaining. We can try to have at least one easy action item (like postcards or amendment partitions), so we are accomplishing something in addition to learning and growing.

The organization is nonpartisan and open to all. We encourage people to join their REC's, but don't tell you which party to join. If we as individuals want to have something to benefit a candidate or party, we can have it after the meeting is concluded.

We are inviting anyone who is a liberty-minded person who lives in Hillsborough County. Please come to this meeting, it is going to be the start of something really good.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
