Free meditation at Bloomingdale library

More the merrier! Let us get together to meditate!! All are welcome.

For anyone who would like to try meditation, as a beginner or for those who have tried other forms of meditation, this is an opportunity. This is a guided session employing techniques of Sahaja Meditation.

Sahaja meditation will help everyone to discover the energy within. The knowledge and experience of how this energy works within, how to feel and experience this energy, what are its application in our daily stressful life is what you get as a tangible benefit as you practice this meditation on a daily basis.
