What Happens at a Sahaja Meditation Meetup?
Classes typically start with an introduction to the technique followed by some guided meditation to help you relax and achieve the state of mental silence. Some time is spent meditating silently or with music together, and after all are welcome to ask questions, share experiences and get individual support. Typically we spend about an hour together - not long - considering the benefits can last a life time.
