Celebrate Independence Day at the Brandon Parade!

  • July 4, 2014 · 10:00 AM

We will be walking with Terry Kemple, school board candidate.  Terry is an ally in the fight to prevent Common Core from harming our children and our teachers.

We will be wearing our Tea Party shirts and handing out pocket Constitutions.

Terry will be in space # 98 on the north side of Lumsden Rd., between Kings and Parsons. We have to be in place by 9:30 AM.

If you still need a Tea Party shirt, meet me in the La Viva Plaza (NW side of Kings & Lumsden, across from O'Brien's) between 8:30-9:00 AM.  I'll try to be near La Septima (702 West Lumsden Rd., Brandon 33511).

There were many who paid high price for the liberty we enjoy, the founding fathers were truly remarkable men, it is sad to see their hard work eroded at every opportunity by power hungry politicians on both sides, the TEA PARTY must prevail.

"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny."

    Thomas Jefferson

Thank you for your invite Chris and look forward to seeing you nice and early Friday morning.

We have found a candidate to walk with! Terry Kemple said we could join him & handout pocket Constitutions. We'll be wearing our Tea Party t-shirts. Please let me know if you are coming. We'll meet before the parade to distribute t-shirts, then walk out to Terry's position.

Where is everyone meeting for the Brandon Parade? Do we have a candidate we are walking with? Where do we pick-up the pocket Constitutions? Jeanne

    Hi Chris

It’s a shame but understandable that due to time and financial restraints we are unable to participate in the actual parade this year, hopefully it may be possible next year.
