Please join us and the Curry House Critics as we put the kitchen to test at Gateway to India in St. Petersburg.
Early reconnaissance revealed a delightful decor, super service, plenty of parking and fabulous food.
Plan is to get there around 6.30 and to make it interesting there could be a door prize or two from some local businesses

I was going down 62nd Ave. North between 9th &16th in St. Pet earlier today and saw a new British place, Jacks London Grill,[masked]nd Ave. North, so popped in. And picked up a menu. Tel =[masked]-7170. They have been open 6 weeks. Haven't tried the food. Maybe someone. Can check it out sometime?

Had a lovely evening. Great company - Delicious Food. Thanks to John for organizing this evening.
I had a giggle shame I didn't get to meet more of the folks who attended.
A Guest, Karen, is coming with me this evening. She is Meetup person. Thanks. Janet J.
Bay pines bar and grill is near there but Iv never been in
Anybody fancy a swift one before the curry? Any suggestions as I don't know the area. David.
I'm new to the group as well. I'm a 'Transatlantic', born & raised in the US (American mum & Brit dad), but married an Englishman & lived in Cheshire for 13 years. Been back here for 16 years now. My son & 3 grandchildren live in Crewe, so i cross The Pond twice a year to my 'other home'. My +1 is my daughter Jennah, who was born in the UK, but also lives here. We LOVE a good Indian & were thrilled to try the Gateway to India a fortnight ago. We're both looking forward to meeting everyone! See you at half six!

I screwed up and went tonight thinking it was tonight. The food was excellent. It is the same restaurant that was in Brandon and is in Sarasota
Hopefully not too late to confirm. We will be there tomorrow night. Looking forward to finally meeting everyone.
my rsvp shows +2 but it's actually +3 but it didn't have an option for that many.. :)
Live round the corner on Park Street in Five Towns, an over 55 community, but they let me in anyway. Have been passing the restaurant for a few weeks now and have wanted to eat there. Have just had relatives here from Leeds, so am looking forward to meeting others from the "old country". Janet J.
Hi Janet, I am also new to group, ( from Liverpool ) had a great time at bonfire night, see you for curry Thursday , I live in Madeira Beach not far from the restaurant, see you then....Maureen

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
