Wordier Than Thou storytelling open mic

Come on down and share your story.

This unique open mic focuses on storytelling -- no poetry or music. So come share your finest prose, or if you're just in the mood for listening, catch some tales from our area's finest wordsmiths.

Get there early around 7 p.m. to grab a drink or a snack; readings begin at 8 p.m.

A featured reader kicks off the night, followed by open mic slots.

This past month's Meetup was wonderful, as usual.
Please bear with me if I just attend & listen, at least for the time being. I'm dealing with some serious side issues that are preventing any creative writing. In case I forgot to mention it I retired from a career as a Federal science administrator, & all my writing was in the form of in-house reports (Important, but not publishable).
I did, however, write many short love poems to my ex-spouse that didn't seem to win me any "points".
    Adios, until the next time.

Do people want to hear more from the new book? Or should I bring some fiction or a story next time?
