Rob Turner, a Virginia native, has been a Florida resident since 1985. After more than 20 years in the banking business, he was elected Property Appraiser in 1996 and was re-elected in 2000 and 2004.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and graduated from the University of Virginia School of Bank Management.

He has a Competent Toastmaster designation from Toastmasters International and two real estate appraisal designations: Florida State Certified General Appraiser, #RZ2016 and CFA, Certified Florida Appraiser.
