Hi, Explorers!

It's still October, some slightly cooler weather (ahhh.... sweaters!), and of course, more great games! Sorry about the short notice, but hopefully you'll join us!

These games are all fun, are easy to learn (especially since we're experts at teaching games), and we can guarantee that if you like games, you'll enjoy playing with us!

Here's what's on our list for our next meeting:

R-Eco: Can you help clean up the city, separating the trash from the recyclables? And make money doing it? Let's try it out and see!

If Wishes Were Fishes!: There's a story, here. The players are all fishing, and catching fish. Each fish can either grant a wish (if you'll throw it back), or can be sold in the fish market (oh no!). In the market, buyers wander between the stalls looking for fishy bargains. The decisions can be tough, at times, and the worms are just fantastic!

The Pillars of the Earth: In this game, you'll be helping to build a Cathedral, by sending workers, influencing the powers that be, gathering resources, and actually adding a piece of the Cathedral each turn until it is completed. This is an excellent game with beautiful artwork and great depth of play.

Carrousel: I had to search the world over to find my copy of this game. It's tiny, but don't let that fool you. Players are all trying to line up the Carrousel horses in an order that matches one of their cards. Everybody plays at the same time, and the dance begins. This can be a very mind-boggling game, as the horses jostle to get into the right positions.

We hope you'll join us to learn and play some cool new games!
