MISSION/VISION:
- To put like-minded spirits in the same room once a month for the benefit of us all.
- To learn from the sharing of ideas and swapping of war stories to help all members achieve success in their web ventures.
- To help raise awareness in the local community about all Tampa Bay area web ventures for the benefit of us all.

Members must be a Founder, Co-Founder, Owner, or Key Executive within their Web Venture. (See full membership guidelines under the tab "Files")

"Web Venture" definition: those businesses that derive 75% or more of their revenues directly from online services - either online advertising (ex: banner ads) or other purely web-delivered services (such as with usage fees for a certain population of users). Please note that those business deriving a majority of their revenues from offline services - including SEO/SEM analysis & consulting, market research, or other consulting services do not qualify as web ventures.
