I decided to start this self-improvement group as part of a greater initiative of inviting the larger public to learn actual tools for improving their lives. Having found these tools and knowledge at the activities and events held at the yoga and tantra center i am working at in Copenhagen, i wish to share them with you.
This group aims to learn from its members experiences of self-improvement and self-discovery in an attempt to rediscover that simple solutions to complicated problems are in fact within easy reach. I don't promise you a better job, a wealthier husband (or wife) or a bigger house. What i do offer without equivocation is the possibility to exercise your free will in opening yourself up to the experience of learning more about the tantric path of self- exploration, inclusion and acceptance.
5 months ago i thought tantra is some taboo sexual practice, and that yoga - well is for people who are too lazy to go to the gym. Today i can assert wholeheartedly that because i study and practice these ancient spiritual paths, I became a better me.
I invite all of you who believe (or even suspect) that investing a little time into your self, your mind, your body and -why not, your soul - will generate a process of transformation which will benefit not only yourself but those close to you and all areas of your life.
