TaoZen brings traditional Qigong and Neigong into our 21st Century urban lives. Come join us and learn simple yet powerful practices using breath, visualization and movement. We use gentle movement (some standing, some sitting), breath and guided imagery from nature to increase our vitality and cultivate our relationship with our spirit, emotions and body.
