EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) demonstration. Everybody follows along sharing the benefits from the demonstration.
EFT is often referred to as “energy medicine”, and “a needle-free, emotional acupuncture”. It uses finger tapping to stimulate some meridian acupressure points on the body, to eliminate the energetic blockages that are causing or contributing to mental, emotional, or physical pain, and allow the body to heal by itself.
EFT can almost apply to every aspect in our life, e.g. stress/anxiety/overwhelming, chronic fear, physical pain, health issues, insomnia, food craving/different addiction, phobias, depression, low self-esteem/low self worthiness/self sabotage, body image, lacking feeling (lack of love/self love/money/health/relationship), emotionally needy/poor me mode, childhood issues, limiting believes, goal setting...
This month, our tapping will be focused on: Self Love, Self acceptance, Self worthiness, and Self care. Note that there is a distinguish between self-centered/selfishness and all these self issues. Without connecting to our divine self - God, we are like away from the original place of a fountain, it finally will dry out. Self love really allows us to reconnect with ourselves, so that we could constantly have this energy flow, love, health, money, going out and coming back, our life flows.
Love really comes from within, and it goes out first, and then comes back. So the place we look for love, really should be inside of ourselves.
Anybody who got discouraged by the challenges during their life and career transition period; who feels heavily carry on all life burdens; anybody who feels in a stagnant status for long and needs a bit assistance to get out from there; anybody who has been doing all spiritual work and is ready now to dig deeper and finally get moving; anybody who is willing to face and accept his/her authentic self, and let go of all the old stuff and shift for a lighter and happier daily life.
Because EFT is such a wonderful self help tool, looks silly, but is really simple, safe, and powerful. You can follow along experiencing the borrowing benefits during the group demonstration, and practice it yourself at home, or can even help your family and friends later on.
Because this is a place you know you are not alone, you don’t need to put on a mask pretending to be somebody else; it will be safe for you to be vulnerable and to be a real you, not worrying to be judged by anybody including yourself. You could have like-minded people’s group energy lift you up, shifting and moving together faster and easier.
