Persephone Returns Tarot Playshop

Spring Equinox is rapidly approaching. Sometimes I can smell the change in the air and know that under the frozen earth the snow drops, hyacinth, daffodils, tulips are stirring. If the spring bulbs could talk, what would they tell us about the courage it takes to break through the frozen ground and emerge? What can we learn about courage in our own lives? How have we broken through in the past to become our most beautiful flowering self? How are we stuck in the frozen earth and not able to break through?

Let’s allow the Divine to speak to us through the tarot and share its wisdom with us. Are you open to the possibility of having a conversation with our deep selves, the tarot, and the Divine?

Reaching into our hearts with a spread that will focus on the courage to act and to be our most amazing selves, we will gain clarity and deep understanding. We will “read” the cards for ourselves and each other – open to the synchronicity of the group that will come together. Beginners to advanced tarot students welcome! The workshop will close with magic and ritual to fuel our actions.

Suggested tuition: $10 - $20.

Please allow a little extra time in driving to the workshop. Friday night traffic is often extra busy. Thanks for being “on time.” Feel free to arrive any time after 7 PM, to settle in, share hellos, and greet new and familiar faces.

Perhaps I can attend the next meetup. Can I ask where and when it will be?

I had so much fun with some awesome people, playing and learning about each other and about myself. I left with a feeling of emerging courage as I go forward with my life --and I made some wonderful new friends.
