Let's get SPOOKY...and explore the karmic influences in our lives

In honor of Samhain (or Halloween), the time of year when the vail is thinnest between the worlds, we will use the symbolism of the Tarot and Astrology to uncover some of the deeper patterns that rule our lives. We will set our intention to follow the river of Mother Memory that cascades from the robe of the Priestess into the manifestation of our personal journey. These patterns are evident in our family stories brought from mother and father to son and daughter continuing forward from the karmic Wheel of Fortune.

We will set a small altar to honor our ancestors in the center of our circle. All participants are encouraged to bring a symbolic object that has personal meaning to you to the group. Perhaps a picture of your family or a family memento...or simply an object that caught your eye while considering the evening. From this place of sacred intention we will play the Game of Tarot and lightheartedly bring awareness to our own karmic state. The group will focus primarily on the 22 cards of the Major Arcana.

A  small donation of $3-5 is requested for space rental. No one is turned away for lack of funds, however.

I'm really sorry I had to miss. I fully intended to be there but couldn't get back from Mt. View in time.....best to all! Lynnie

I thoroughly enjoyed our night exploring the energy of the Priestess. It was such a great group! I especially loved the meditation journey led by Helen. The altar we created was stunning -- it was the perfect ritual to celebrate Samhain.

Indeed! I feel refreshed and inspired by our meet up last night. It was great to learn more about each other's life stories and let the cards gently nudge us toward liberation. Thanks for coming.
