July: Light American Lager
Hey everyone - join us this month as we explore Light American Lagers. Yeah - that's right. It's hot out and it's time to find the merits (yes! the merits!) of a good lawnmower beer.
What you'll get out of this meetup:
- 5 to 6 decent-sized samples of Light American (or American-style) lagers.
- background on the style, how it's made, where it came from, and how it's developed over the years.
- scintillating conversation and fantastic company.
We'll be back at Rockfish Grill at Southpoint again. Please consider showing up a little early and grabbing a drink and/or bite to eat before we start to support them (or hang out afterwards and have a beer). You can hit up their Facebook page for updates on specials.

PhillipOnly Eric could have gotten a dozen craft beer drinkers to come out to taste american light beers, and pay for it! That being said I doubt many of us would come back to taste them again ;D
