Class: Grilling Light Summer Salads

It's summertime and the grillin' is easy! When your main meal consists of a delicious salad, you're eating lighter and healthier. A salad-based meal is also easier to source locally so why not take advantage of all the season has to offer? In this class, you'll learn grilling techniques for fruits, vegetables, meats and breads, then learn how to assemble a meal that'll be perfect for a family dinner or light al fresco dining with friends.

MENU:
Grilled Summer Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt Dressing
Grilled Panzanella Salad
Grilled Romaine Summer Vegetable Salad with Peach Vinaigrette
Grilled Greek Chicken Salad with Quinoa

Ladies, you might want to bring a sweater or something. I always find it freezing in this store. Once you register I'll see you inside.

Looking forward to it! Kim, there are also some great cooking classes at The Cook's Warehouse (there are 4 in Atlanta - Midtown, Brookhaven, Decatur & Marietta) I'll bring the class schedule to dinner on Friday.

Me too! I looked at their classes today too as well as some offered at Sur la Table but found the ones offered at Salud! to be more affordable. I had to take that into account given how many events I've scheduled the next two months. :) But do bring the catalog and we'll look at it. I am interested in a bread making class but I think I'd rather do that in the fall. I am going to be posting three more classes this weekend.

Very good point; the classes at The Cooking Warehouse are expensive! We'll look in the book for fun and I'll see you tomorrow :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
