Marylebone walking tour: Discover London’s Culinary Past and Present

You'll love all the little quirky shops on this walk... and the best part is the view from the bar when we finish!  Hope you can make it :)

Event details:

A guided walk is the best way to experience and discover London.

Whether you’re new in town or a local wanting to see the city through a fresh set of eyes, a Tastour walk will reveal London’s highlights, away from the tourist’s traps and crowded streets.

Our walks are led by a City of Westminster guide, a passionate epicurean, who will share with you London’s food and drink history and hotspots.  With snippets of information, fun facts and top recommendations, you’ll get a taste of our gastronomic capital whilst meeting a small group of like-minded people.

ABOUT THE PURCHASING AT THE MEETING POINT & STOPS
It's a little embarrassing to ask this, but on a resent walk, a few people brought their own coffees into the meeting venue.  I just wanted to say that unlike most walks that meet outside, we go out of our way to make bookings at fabulous places so that people can arrive early, soak up the ambiance of the local area, have a drink and start socialising in a relax environment.  This is the same purpose of the pit-stops we make on route. Please could you support the venues that are allowing us to provide this great experience by purchasing something small?

Testimonial:

‘Great day out!  I thought I knew a lot about London, but the excellent, knowledgeable guide proved me wrong.  It was a good mix of enjoyable people, learning about places I’ve already been and discovering a few hidden gems. Providing the map and links was a real bonus’ Tastourian, Janet

Hello! Just a reminder that tickets need to be bought in advance, and the last few walks have sold out, with disappointed tastourians wondering why they couldn't come. RSVP'ing on meetup does not hold your spot, you need to pay here: http://tastour.com/upcoming-events/?ee=80

Also, on the last walk, a few people brought their own coffees into the meeting venue. I just wanted to say that unlike most walks that meet outside, we go out of our way to make bookings so that people can arrive early, soak up the ambiance of the local area, have a drink and start socialising in a relax enviroment. Please could you support the venue that is allowing us to provide this great experience by purchasing something small? Thanks,

I'm leading the walk. See you there! It's worth arriving a bit earlier to check out the Cabbages & Frocks market - http://www.cabbagesandfrocks.co.uk/
