What are your Fitness Goals?

Goal #1: Build a crazy strong core--not necessarily to be ripped, but I want to be strong and toned. Goal #2: To increase my cardiovascular endurance. I have asthma so cardio is a challenge, but I'm learning how to control the asthma using nutrition.
