Category: Category 2 - Medium pace (10-12 mph)
Terrain: 3 - hills with some extended climbs Rain Policy: Rain Cancels

EVERYONE is welcome and encouraged to join Team Long Beach for a scenic and fun 30 or 45  mile ride around the beautiful Palos Verdes peninsula  We will meet at Trader Joe's in the parking lot at 8AM and please be prepared for our safety presentation at 8:15AM. (Mandatory) Roll out is at 8:30AM sharp.

Don't let the hills scare you off.  The scenery is SO pretty you MAY even forget you are climbing!  It will be a super fun day in the saddle and we hope YOU....yes, YOU...will join us!

Required items for all Training Rides. If you don’t have any of the items listed, please contact us. We’ll help you figure out what you need and where to get it!

Bike (In safe and good working order)
2 Water Bottles (1 with hydration/electrolyte mix)
Spare tube
Tire levers
Snacks (energy bars are good and quick!)

Both routes will be a friendly and easy pace and ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME. NO RIDER WILL EVER BE LEFT BEHIND.

*Note: There is NO requirement to be a member of Team Long Beach or to be riding in AIDS/LifeCycle to join us.  We offer our safe, friendly and fun training rides for the enjoyment of the entire community, however, it is an official training ride for AIDS/LifeCycle.  So come on out, make some new friends and pedal your cares away.*

      uh hunh, like last time? lol. I'm a TRL on this ride so I'm not sure where I'll be, but I won't be in the lead cuz Matt will be. hope u can make it :)
