What are your running goals?

My running goals are to run faster, improve my endurance and duration and also I would like to run a marathon one day ;)

Do you have a clean bill of health/doctor's approval to run?


What is your running experience? Have you done any races?

I just recently began to run/ briskly walk approximately two and a half months ago. I currently do intervals on my treadmill of running and walking quickly at a pace of 3.6 miles per hour and 5.5 miles per hour for the duration of 55 minutes.
