My running goals are to run faster, improve my endurance and duration and also I would like to run a marathon one day ;)
I just recently began to run/ briskly walk approximately two and a half months ago. I currently do intervals on my treadmill of running and walking quickly at a pace of 3.6 miles per hour and 5.5 miles per hour for the duration of 55 minutes.
Hi my name is Olga and I would like to join a beginning runners group to improve my running duration and endurance and hopefully become healthier overall with the support and encouragement of others.
