To enjoy my runs, improve my race times, and do more obstacle course races.
I've been running since I was a gawky 7th grader doing cross country. Yes, I've run races ranging from track events like the 800 to 10-mile obstacle course races and half marathons. I love trail running...and city running...and ok, I guess all running;).
I am a RRCA-certified running coach and longtime running nerd who loves spreading the joy - and physical and mental health benefits - of running to others.
