Team Survival Fitness Bootcamp is a CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is taking the country by storm. The preferred choice of firefighters, police officers, the military, mom's and couch potatoes, CrossFit incorporates constantly varied competitive workouts, the camaraderie of a group and statistically proven results. EVERY BOOT CAMPER WILL SEE IMPROVEMENTS IN STRENGTH, SPEED, OVERALL CONDITIONING AND DECREASED BODY FAT assuming they stick to the program as prescribed.
All levels of fitness are welcomed and accommodated.

Coach Franklin is certified by CrossFit as a Level I Instructor, and is also certified by CrossFit to teach Nutrition, Running and Olympic Weightlifting.
No matter how old, out of shape, flabby, overweight or fit you are, Team Survival will challenge you!
At our Meet Up, come prepared to sweat! You will join our Boot Campers and do a workout with us. If you're new, don't worry, I'll take into consideration your fitness level and accommodate your needs accordingly.
We sprint, jump, push, pull, lunge, run....you name it!
Bring water and a towel or mat.
