For whoever is interested some of us will be meeting at the American River College Track for some good old intervals and speed workouts. THere are plenty of runners there to jump in a workout with and pace off of. I know most of them and can introduce you if you end up running with their group. We will warm up and cool down together, but this will be a go at your own pace time of workout. SO whatever Team Veg members show up, won't necessarily be running together, however, as I said, there are plenty of runners from other teams to run with.
This will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 5:30pm. We will start with a warm up - 2 to 3 miles usually, then strides and streching before we jump into the workout. Wel will meet in the parking lot at the far end, near the stadium.
THis will be a great way to improve your fitness, so I hope to see you there!
