Juliet Burgh is a Board-certified nutrition counselor through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is the Nutrition Director for Unite Fitness where she has developed their Heart, Muscle, Mind Nutrition Program and created a strong partnership between taking care of the body through both food and exercise to get optimal results from clients' workouts. She is also the founder of Feed Your Power Nutrition, her private nutrition and health coaching practice in Philadelphia. She specializes in the psychology of eating and helping people to understand that food is more than just physical nourishment. She is also a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
