I'm really looking forward to learning proper stretching and proper training for Broad Street. I tend to go too far too quickly and end up with small injuries, so this group sounds perfect. I haven't run much this year and can't wait to begin regular runs!! Looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday.

I am a first timer who is registered for the Broad street run. When is the first meet? I received the welcome email, but no schedule. I am too anxious to get started, and i hoped the that team philly would give me some direction on how to train.

Just wanted to let you know that my sessions are complete. I have some issues that I have to deal with. I would like to take this time to thank you and Ross for getting me this far. As you probably know, I will be running in the 8K this year. Due to my involvement with the 1/2 and full marathon, I can't run the 1/2. I am also tracking down those darn shirts. I promised you I would get them and I am sticking to it. Again, Thanks for the training and will be back for Broad St.
