This is about a 4 mile run with approximately 400 stairs mixed in. We also add a few pushups and a little bit of wall-sitting. All fitness levels are welcome but just know, it is a CHALLENGING four miles. And, if hills are not your thing, you need to make them your thing! However, you will enjoy the company, love the challenge, and see the view of San Diego from a whole new perspective!
