Running is an efficient way to burn calories and get in shape, and more fun in a group. We'll be working towards a 5k marathon goal by following the couch to 5k plan by running along the river walkway. This Sunday we are at________.
The time specified for the event is the run, and an hour after that is the dinner. The time also accounts for stretching and cooldown. Those of you who run faster/slower or less/more can adjust your schedule and route accordingly and meet us at the selected dinner location. RSVP for the run and/or dinner, please make a note of which portion you're joining in your RSVP.
