This workshop is designed for marketing, communication and business development professionals. Come ready to participate. You will have an opportunity to tell the group about your company’s current marketing efforts, and goals. We will provide an overview on how to create integrated marketing communications. Then, we will break into teams to come up with concrete ideas to improve upon each company’s marketing communications plan. It will be an informative, dynamic and productive morning. Join us in this dynamic, interactive lecture / workshop format to learn: 

•  The basics of integrated marketing communications and the customer experience path model

• How to create an integrated marketing campaign plan that blends online and offline tools

• How to develop a content strategy that delivers a coordinated and consistent brand message across all touch points including owned, paid and earned media

• How to do more with less by repurposing content for different audiences and marketing channels 

• How to evaluate each element of the marketing communication mix to fine tune message, audience, timing and place

Linda Greenwald is the owner of Marketing Technology Inc., Silver Spring, Md. - an Internet Marketing and Adobe Business Catalyst Website Development agency. Linda’s background also includes many years in the direct mail marketing industry.

Sam Gonzales is the owner of 202 Labs - a Washington D.C., based Digital and Social Media Content Development agency that helps clients of all sizes create, experiment and play with engaging content.

Sam has over ten years experience in marketing, digital communications and social media working with startups, non profits and businesses of all sizes. He currently consults and advises established businesses and start ups on their digital strategy, marketing, and branding and teaches social media marketing at Montgomery College in Maryland. 
Sam has a Bachelor of Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in Information Systems with a minor in Entrepreneurship. www.202labs.com

PARKING AND DIRECTIONS

Carr Workplaces has parking there. The rates are 1 hour -$5 , 2 hours $7.50, all day - $11. Metered street parking is usually available on Hampden lane or one of the adjoining streets. 

Parking in Garage: There is a garage directly below the building called IMPARK. If you chose to park in the garage, please make sure to park in a non-reserved parking spot. There is also valet service on site to direct you to designated visitor spots. Once you park, please use the elevator and come up to Suite 200.

Bethesda Office Directions

4800 Hampden Lane, Suite 200 Bethesda, MD 20814

Metro: Take the red line train to Bethesda metro center. At the top of stairs or escalator, turn around, and walk down Wisconsin Avenue 2 blocks to Hampden Lane. Turn right. Walk down Hampden Lane until you see the Red Brick Building on the left with a clock tower out front. We are in Suite 200.

By car:

Maryland- The office is located two blocks south of the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and East-West Highway on the left and on the right it is called Old Georgetown Rd. Drive south past the Bethesda Hyatt two streets on the right. Turn right on Hampden lane. Look for the red brick building on the left with a clock tower in front. We are in suite 200.

Virginia- Take River Road off of 495 East towards Washington approximately 2 miles. Turn left on Goldsboro. Drive through the golf course area about 1 mile to Bradley Blvd. Right on Bradley Left on Arlington Right on Hampden Lane Cross Woodmont Avenue, come up to the red brick building on your right with the clock tower in front. We are in Suite 200.

DC - Take Wisconsin Avenue North. Cross the MD/DC line and you will be in Friendship Heights. Continue on Wisconsin Ave, cross Bradley Blvd., watch for Hampden Lane on your left. You will have to make a U-turn and come back to Hampden Lane. Turn right on Hampden lane. Look for the red brick building on the left with a clock tower in front. We are in suite 200.
