What kind of Maker are you?

What does this mean? I would say I'm a curious builder. I enjoy learning how things work and challenging myself to create new functional and innovative things.

If you could build anything, what would it be?

The ultimate foot cushion for rockin' heels and boots, ha. Hmmm, or a device to instantly measure nutrient content, pesticide/herbicide/fungicide and antibiotic content in food. But those are more like inventions, so right now, efficient types of urban gardening systems.

What new maker skill are you interested in learning this year?

Sewing, clothing reconstruction skills.

If you could host a meet-up or a workshop at TechShop, what would it be about?

A TechShop challenge or fun competition.

I'm a former Mad Scientist, middle school/Exploratorium science teacher who loves to build stuff to excite and engage people with science.
