If you’re a recent college graduate with a degree in Computer Science or have 1-2 years’ experience as a support engineer or systems administrator this is the perfect role for you! We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in improving their learning through hand-on training with a great company.
A rapidly growing SaaS company is currently seeking a 1st level support engineer with strong communication skills and a highly technical thinking process.
-Work with our team to help deliver my client’s product to end-users
-Assist clients and instruct them on best practices through phone and email queries
-Troubleshoot issues and document their escalation and resolution
-Provide training for customers on client products and usage
-Strong Technical background, including understanding of Networking, Internet and Email servers
-Must have 1-3+ years’ experience with Exchange 2003/2007 (Exchange 2010 is a huge plus)
-Must have 1-3+ years’ experience with Active Directory
-Experience providing IT support to end-users
-Excellent communication and organization
