I believe Philadelphia has a large upside and the resources to support the growth. The local area is home to excellent colleges which provide qualified graduates. The manufacturing industry which thrived in the early-mid 20th century, is still available and able to accommodate a growing fabrication industry. Currently the inexpensive real estate and living cost is an advantage Philadelphia posses when compared to New York City as well as Washington DC.
