It was nice... met people with similar interests and complementary skill sets. Got some good code tips and learned of opportunities for free swag!

Interesting group of people. Elis's presentations on ideas for Arduino projects was fun. The techshop location had a projector which Elis could show robot competition videos and resources for Arduino projects. The projects people brought were all novel. I got a LCD board from Elis to make a project for next month (hardware .. mmmmmm :).

For those of you who want to participate in the Arduino Tic Tac Toe fight but don't have any code from the beginner meetup last week you can grab some example code I wrote from here:

https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=19yXcbPSpdEEHcj-H3F3sKy4Lp96MZc8dilAL4IQaabc Remember that the example code brute forces moves so if two players are running it, the player that moves first will win. To be competitive you will need to modify it!

Time to bring out your projects. Please bring them in any shape that they are. We love the whole process from ideas, to "in process" to finished projects. Bring what you can.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
