As the largest investor in Cyber Security in Israel today, JVP (Jerusalem Venture Partners), recently chosen by Preqin as one of the 10 best performing VC funds in the world, has built up several companies in the security space, including Cyber-Ark, Navajo Systems (Acquired by SalesForce), AE Squared and more, and has recently established its second incubator, JVP Cyber Labs, in collaboration with Ben Gurion University.
Yoav Tzruya, partner at JVP will come to tell us about the incubator and major trends happening in the field.
Yoav has over 15 years of experience in digital media, telecom and cyber security and is a board member of AE Squared, ThetaRay, AnyClip, CrossReader and UiU.
Following Yoav’s presentation, we will hear about Thetaray, a young Cyber Security company, backed by JVP, which is developing a disruptive cyber-security product suite that is geared towards prevention of zero-day attacks and advanced persistent threats.
Mark Gazit, Thetaray CEO, is a prominent executive with 20 years of experience as a senior manager and director of several Israeli and international high-tech companies, including Nice Cyber & Intelligence Solutions, SkyVision, Deltathree and Netvision.
