Each person attending brings a raw and/or vegan dish to share with the others or a donation. However, if you are a first-time attendee, and you do choose to bring a dish, bring something simple like fruit, nuts or a salad.
All who love raw vegan food, or who just want to know more about raw vegan food, vegan living, weight loss, juice and juicing, or organic food are welcome to attend.
