A bit about Andy Sutton from Everything Everywhere
Andy is a telecommunications network architect and designer with over 25 years of industry experience. At EE, he is responsible for aspects of RAN architecture evolutions along with mobile backhaul strategy and architecture. Andy is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET)

A bit about François Magne from Bluwan

François is a system architect and designer in the field of radar and wireless communications with over 40 years of industry experience. At Bluwan, he is responsible for research on mm-wave Point to Multipoint architectures and associated technologies to support the higher capacity requirements of multi-layered heterogeneous networks

    Have been supporting mobile communications for GSM, UMTS and LTE through high level architecture of base stations and controllers at ALU and Motorola. Undoubtedly small cells are future and a robust strategy for backhaul is the missing link everyone would like to see.
