This event is part of our every Thursday night Meditations. The third Thursday’s meditation will be divided into thirds of 20 minutes each. You may choose to participate in the first or all three meditations. The first 20 minutes will be a guided meditation taking you to a progressively deeper state of relaxation. The second part will then be accomanied by soothing meditation music or chanting, and the last 20 minutes will be performed in silence. Each section will be marked by the sounding of a gentle chime at which time you are welcome to choose to remain or quietly excuse yourself.
