Sweat Lodge Ceremony

The Sweat Lodge is a very powerful spiritual and healing ceremony.  It is a ritual practice that has existed in communities for thousands of years, for healing and purification.  The practice is strenuous and demanding of the spirit and the body and may not be suited for everyone.  You will undergo  and overcome, emotional and physical challenges as you cleanse and detoxify your system of those energies that no longer serve you.

Sweat Lodge Ceremonies may be performed with a variety of intentions.  There are Healing Sweat Lodges, Purifying Sweat Lodges, Visionary Sweat Lodges for receiving divine insights, and Communal Sweat Lodges for creating a feeling of oneness within the circle.  We will incorporate one or more of these intentions with each lodge ceremony.

So, join us in this community ceremony of divine healing and insight and expect to be transformed.

The Sweat Lodge ceremony is broken down into four 15-20 minutes sessions with a short cooling off period in-between.  Please be sure to read all the information on our Lodge ceremony at before you attend.

You should dress modestly in light breathable clothing.  You should also bring a cover up or sweats to pull on afterwards as well as a towel to wipe off with.

We will have a cooler of water but you should bring a bottle or cup to drink from.

Please no colognes, perfumes or scented deodorants.

Please RSVP as space is limited to the first 15 people.  If you change your mind please revise your RSVP so someone else may use your space.

Once you arrive, please follow the lanterns along the trail to the sweat lodge clearing no earlier than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

A Love offering of $20 will be collected for this event.  If you are unable to contribute monetarily  you may make prior arrangements for a fair energy exchange.
