Big Frog Wilderness trail work

The Big Frog Trail in the Big Frog Wilderness is badly in need of work. Volunteers are needed to lop and dig new trail using pulaskis. This will be hard but satisfying work. Interested individuals will be working alongside members of the Cherokee Hiking Club and the Forest Service. Volunteers MUST wear long pants and work boots. Please bring gloves, a bag lunch and water. The Forest Service will supply tools and hard hats. Please RSVP by Nov 8 so I can provide a head count to the Forest Service. Thank you!
